12U Travel
Knights 12U Travel Programs
The Knights proudly provide a competitive and fun experience for players at the 12U level. For the 2024-2025 season we will have TWO 12U Travel Teams, with one being tournament bound.
For both 12U Travel teams, our season is focused on skill development in practices, both station based and full ice.
12U TRAVEL TOURNAMENT BOUND
Coaches: Returning Head Coach Jenna LaRocca and Assistant Coach Marcin Dziubek
This Program Offers:
- 50+ competitive games including 4-5 tournaments
- New York State 12U Tournament Bound
- Competing in the WNYAHL League
- 2-3 practices per week:
- Full and shared ice
- Skills practice with Speedskills Hockey
- Consistent schedule
- All at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center
- Dedicated Goalie Coaching
- Weekly off-ice involving both workouts and video sessions
- Additional team activities and events for players and families
12U Travel

This Program Offers:
- 40-50 competitive games including 3-5 tournaments
- 2-3 practices per week:
- Full and shared ice
- Skills practice with Speedskills Hockey
- Consistent schedule
- All at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center
- Dedicated Goalie Coaching
- Weekly off-ice workouts
- Additional team activities and events for players and families
